via FTP:

Our FTP Site address is: ftp://ftp.copycraft.com. If you are having trouble logging on to our FTP server via your browser, try typing in ftp://copycraft@ftp.copycraft.com. You will need to contact your sales representative to obtain a password.

Uploading files to our FTP Site is an easy and inexpensive way to send files to Copy Craft. This method works best for relatively small print jobs such as business cards, postcards, flyers and small brochures. You must have a program that will access ftp sites in order to send your files this way. Shareware is readily available for free from websites like www.download.com or www.shareware.com.

For Macintosh, we recommend the Mac OS (9 & 10) or Fetch or Transmit.

For Windows we suggest the latest version of Internet Explorer.

If you are accessing the internet via America Online, please use the instructions from the via AOL page instead.

If you have a large print job with a number of photographs or placed Photoshop images, you may prefer sending your files to us on disk. We currently accept files on the following media: CD, DVD,Zip100 or 250, or any kind of flash media stick.

Customers must furnish disks for digital files. No loaners are available.

Just Give Me The Basics

You should place an order before sending files. Notify your salesperson before sending files to the FTP site so they will know to expect them.

Before you access the FTP site, compress the files you want to send us into one file using Stuffit (Macintosh) or WinZip (PC). These are shareware utilities that can be easily obtained for free from sites like www.download.com or www.shareware.com. Be sure to include your main layout file, any placed graphic or EPS files and all of the fonts used in the job (including all screen--or suitcase--and printer fonts). It is also helpful to include a basic read me text file listing all the files you have compressed and any special instructions for your job.

If you're an old hand at uploading files to ftp sites, use the following setup to access the site:For Macintosh using the program Fetch (leave blank spaces as indicated)

Host: ftp://ftp.copycraft.com
User ID: (Please call 800-794-5594 or email your sales representative for user name and password.)
Password:
Directory: For PC using the program WS_FTP95 (leave blank spaces as indicated)
