I asked Alan for your email, because i am so overwhelmed by his
exceptional level of professionalism that i felt compelled to let his
higher ups know what a tremendous asset he is. I deal with many
different vendors and truly, he stands out. I spend way more time than
I should looking for numbers and files and when my boss asked me to
reorder some comp cards my heart sunk. But, alan to the rescue.
I was so impressed the first time i talked to him, which was a random
call from an ad in photoshop mag, that i recorded his name in my
address book. I did not expect when I called today , that he would
even be still with you-but yes he answered before you guys even opened,
found my file within seconds-gave me all the numbers i needed and can
complete a reorder without me sending anything (which
would take awhile to recover). The pricing is so good, we are
bidding out a second print job that normally stays local.
Its so refreshing in this age of recorded merry-go rounds, to deal with
a human being-a true professional, whose courteous, kind,
attentive, and prompt. I am singing Copy Craft praises to my local
community.
By the way, i am very involved in the Boerne Chamber of Commerce (small
community west of San Antonio that will soon overcome Austin as the
place to live). I dont know your marketing strategy, but if join it,
that gives me a real opportunity to bring business to your door. I am
good at that!!

I have been doing business with you folks for years in no small part due to the quality and price of your work. That said, one thing that keeps me coming back time and again is Orian. His easy going demeanor and can-do attitude is great and he has pulled me out of a pinch more than once- The most recent time being this past week when I had the catalog sheets shipped directly to the trade show we were showing at- They were waiting for us at our booth, right on schedule AND THEY LOOKED GREAT. We are a relatively young, but growing ad agency that does a lot of work in the cable industry.Located in Southern California, we do work for clients all over the country- most of whom have ties
to broadband, television and cable. People like HBO, SHOWTIME, Charter Communications, Adelphia,Time Warner and others.
My frustration is this: When my clients want direct mail printed, they want it turned around fast and ready to go to the post office quickly as soon as their artwork is approved.
Part of our success has been our ability to spoil them by providing them with outstanding customer service and design- often 24 hours a day if needed. This doesn't seem to translate well with some of the printers we've
worked with here- wether they be offset or web based.
Sadly, in California, the story is high prices and sloooww service.
Add to the equation the fact that we do lots of postcards and self-mailers - in quantities of 100K - 300K and some times even 1 or 2 million and the situation can become a huge nightmare.
When I saw the promotional video clip on your company website and spotted the gentleman from Cox communications, I just about jumped out of my seat because I thought that I may have finally found a print house that "gets" our
business.
Do you think you can help me- help us- make some money?
My orders are getting bigger and bigger and I'm tired of getting backed up with slow printers who don't understand true customer service. I need help. Even if it has to come from as far away as my home state of Texas.
If you can pair me up with a smart, solid sales rep, we can talk and go right to work on some projects I've got ready to drop.

Despite my objection she has chosen to go with a quote that offered a lower price, which I fear will be a mistake in the long run.
