Online Ordering:
Our online storefront allows you to create a personal account, upload and store files for current or future print projects, and place orders 24/7. Below is basic information about our online storefront and a step-by-step guide to using the storefront. When placing an online order with other online printers you are typically given a customer number, order number and a general email address to correspond with should you have any issues. Unlike other online printers, we give the same attention to orders placed online as we do with orders you place directly with a sales representative.
For existing customers, your sales representative will be notified when you place an online order. For new customers, your account and order will be assigned to one of our professional sales representatives. Rather than sending an email to a generic address and waiting for an answer; giving your online order personalized attention allows you to communicate with a real person any issues, last minute changes or problems which might occur with your order. Your sales representative will also be able to provide you with an up-to-the-minute status of your order whenever you need it.
On top of the personalized attention we give each online order, a member of our expert art department will personally inspect your files before sending them into production to ensure they are properly setup. Your sales representative will contact you should there be any issues or problems with your files.
Before placing an order online please review our print-ready checklist for a list of basic requirements to ensure your files are press ready. Ensuring your files are properly setup before submitting them helps reduce any costly time delays or the chances you will receive undesired results on your print order.
Accessing The Storefront:
Our online storefront is located at http://www.copycraft.com/myaccount. You can access the online storefront from any page on our site by click on the link in the navigation bar which is titled "My Account". You can also access the online storefront from product pages which display the "Add to Cart" button under the instant quote price chart.
When accessing the storefront directly or through the "My Account" link you will be taken to the front page of the store front. When When accessing the storefront though the "Add to Cart" button from a product page you will be taken directly to the corresponding product page in the storefront. With either option you may begin the ordering process without creating an account or logging in.
Creating An Account & Login:
Before you can finalize a online storefront order you will be required to login or create an account.
To create an account:
- Fill out the basic information in the "New Users" table. Your user name and password can be whatever you wish them to be. Once you have confirmed your password click continue
- Fill out the the basic information fields then click "Create Account"
- If you are an existing Copy Craft customer or were referred to us from an exiting customer please select "Yes" for the "Are you an existing customer option" then select your sales representative from the drop down menu.
- If you are unsure of who your sales representative is don't worry we will look up that information and then assign it to the appropriate representative then update it in your profile.
- If you are a new customer please select "No" for the "Are you an existing customer" option. We will assign your account to a sales representative then update it in your profile.
- Once you have created your account you can update your information or change your password at anytime.
To login:
- Click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner or click on the "Orders ", "My Library" or "My Profile" links.
- Enter your user name and password.
Begin a New Order:
- Click on the "Start" link.
- Select the product you wish to order.
- Click on the icon to begin a new order.
- Select the appropriate quantity, size, stock, ink coverage and any other applicable information.
- You will be given a price estimate as you make your selections. If you change any selections be sure to click on the "update" button to get a new price estimate.
- Once you have finalized your selection and receive a final price estimate, click the "upload file" button to begin uploading your files.
- On the next screen click on the "choose files" button and browse to find the file you want to upload. Once you have the selected the file click "submit".
- If sending multiple files you can click the "upload file" button again and then choose another file. Repeat this step until you have selected all the files you wish to send.
- When you have selected all the files you wish to send please provide and details or information about your order within the "additional information" box.
- Click "Next Step" when ready to proceed.
- On the next screen give your job a unique description so you can easily reference to it in the future.
- To finalize click "Add To Shopping Cart".
- You can then either checkout, continue shopping or edit order/file details, delete the order or hold the order for later.
Finalizing an Order:
- If finalizing a current order click on on proceed to checkout.
- If finalizing a order on hold go to the "orders" link and click "Move To Cart" then click proceed to checkout.
- Edit shipping information if different than the information you provided for your account then click "Next Step".
- Enter billing information and payment information.
- Click "Next Step"
- Verify product and pricing information then click "Place Order"
- You will order information and receive a receipt via email.

Orders:
This section will allow you to view information on all orders you have placed or any orders which are pending.
My Library:
Your library allows you to upload and store images, database files, or PDF documents for future use.
