As a free service, our design department performs a comprehensive pre-flight review on each file submitted to us. We check for proper page size and bleed areas, font issues, image resolution and color modes, folding issues, multi-page layout issues and much more. While we check each file for errors, if any errors are missed in the pre-flight review and not caught on the proof, Copy Craft assumes no responsibility. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that you use the below guidelines to verify that your files are properly set up for print production before submitting them.

We have a complete library of thoroughly tested printing templates available for all products listed online. All templates are available in six different file types. We strongly recommend using one of our pre-built templates to begin your design. However, if the work is already done, you can use them to double check your design and layout for proper page size, bleed, trim and especially folding issues. Please note: all templates for items that will fold are paper weight specific.

If you have created a custom-built template or are using one from another printer, please submit a copy of the template to your sales representative prior to finalizing or submitting any artwork. Failure to receive approval on custom templates could lead to undesired results, additional charges and/or delays.

Please spell check your documents before submitting them. Should any spelling or grammar errors exist on the submitted files, our proofing system gives you one last chance to check for errors. It is important to not bypass checking and double checking for spelling and grammar errors– Copy Craft assumes no responsibility for any spelling or grammar errors that exist on the final printed piece.
