Machine Insertion Options

Copy Craft now offers machine-insertion services to compliment our envelope printing and mailing services. If you need any print piece inserted into envelopes before they are sealed and mailed out, our machine inserter can accommodate most of those needs. Below are the maximum and minimum sizes that be accommodated on the inserter, while any other sizes can be done by hand insertion.

ENVELOPE
Maximum Size: 10x6.25
Minimum Size: 6x3.5
Flap Depth: 1x2.3125

INSERTS
Maximum Size: 9.5x6
Minimum Size: 5.5x3

Please make sure the piece you are inserting into the envelope is at least 1/8 (.125) inch smaller on each side than the envelope. Overall, you should give your insert about 1/4 (.25) inch of "wiggle" room. Also, please allow an 1/8 inch at the top to insure the insert gets completely into the envelope.
