We believe it is our moral obligation to our children and future generations to preserve natural resources as well as limit use of toxic chemicals. Here are just some of the little things we do that make a big impact:

• Integrate direct to plate technology that uses no harmful chemicals
• Recycle our aluminum plates
• Invest in color management practices reducing press makeready times and related paper waste
• Print with soy-based inks and water-soluble aqueous coating
• Recycle all of our paper waste, including cardboard packaging
• Use water-soluble washes and reusable cloth wipes for cleaning
• Our facility uses energy-saving fluorescent fixtures

Our Austin, Texas facility is both Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. Rest assured that if this is a requirement of any of your print projects that we meet the highest environmental standards and ensure all involved in the chain of custody follow the same rigid guidelines.

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world’s forests. It sets certain standards that ensure forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way. FSC certifiers ensure that companies that sell FSC certified products have tracked their supply to FSC certified sources and all involved have practiced forestry in accordance with FSC standards. This chain of custody certification assures consumers they can trust the FSC label.
